Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-call, no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this might cause you but honestly when a client does not show up that's the equivalent of someone not getting paid when showing up to work, so it would not be fair for me to show up and not get paid because a client did not show up. My time is just as valuable as everyone else's.
